Using ArcticSender

ArcticSender lets creators publish wishlist-style pages where supporters can send cash gifts, contribute toward gift goals, and check out securely. By creating an account, using a creator page, adding items to cart, or completing checkout, you agree to use the platform responsibly and follow these policies.

Creators are responsible for keeping their account information accurate, using lawful content, and honoring any public promises they make to supporters. Supporters are responsible for entering accurate payment and receipt information before checkout. A sender-covered processing fee may be added during checkout so creators can receive the full displayed gift amount in their website balance.

What information is visible

Creators can see the public sender name and message a supporter chooses to share. Receipt email addresses are kept private and are used for payment receipts, support, fraud prevention, and order-related help.

We may store account details, creator profile content, uploaded images, wishlist items, cart and checkout records, contribution records, payout setup status, and basic technical data needed to keep the site secure and working.

Payment details are processed by Stripe. ArcticSender does not store full card numbers.

Cookies and sessions

ArcticSender uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep users signed in, keep carts working for non-logged-in supporters, protect forms, remember basic preferences, and improve site reliability.

You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout, login, cart, and creator account features may not work correctly without them.

Refunds and payment issues

Cash gifts and contributions are generally treated as voluntary support for a creator. Refunds are not guaranteed after a successful payment unless required by law, caused by a clear technical error, duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, or another issue approved by ArcticSender support.

If you need help with a payment, contact support with the receipt email, creator page, payment amount, and approximate payment time.

Website balance and cashouts

Paid gifts are credited to the creator’s ArcticSender website balance first. Stripe Express is used for bank payout setup and cashouts, not to show creators an instant Stripe dashboard balance.

Cashouts may be delayed, reviewed, adjusted, or declined for fraud prevention, chargebacks, policy violations, payment disputes, missing payout requirements, or legal compliance.

Platform rules

Do not use ArcticSender for scams, illegal goods or services, harassment, impersonation, stolen payment information, misleading creator pages, or content that violates payment processor rules.

ArcticSender may remove content, pause payouts, suspend accounts, or close accounts when needed to protect creators, supporters, the platform, or payment partners.
